So today I am writing my first journal entry on here, cool eh. So today I'm doing what I do every day, sitting at my desk drawing and drinking tea.... well I would be if I hadn't just suffered a traumatic experience with my eye.
I was sat painting and minding my own business with a Muse playlist on in the background for some nice noise and then all of a sudden a burst of pain came up in my grill and stabbed my eye. No, I was not actually stabbed, but that's how it felt. I tried to continue to paint but it was too painful so I went and sulked in my bed as you do.
I then Google'd this pain which turns out to be quite common and it's where little bits of your eye fall off and your eye repairs itself but when you loose a bigger piece your eye is exposed and then it causes 'stabbing pains' because your eye is dry and is um, in pain I guess. So the Google doctors recommend lubricating eye drops to moisten the eye to help it heal itself and to sooth the pain.
So I'll let you know how this goes in a comment despite how much I hate eye drops. Thought this might be useful for some people who use the computer a lot like me. Maybe it's time for computer glasses Miff...
For now, time to man up and paint my entry for the
#risingartists prompt!
